Reunion 2014: In Brief! | 106 Field Workshop
Beautiful Hobart and what a great Reunion. The best of people - 106ers and partners - turned out and fielded a parade of about 100.
The Friday night's Meet & Greet went really well with the traditional renewals of comradeships; and thanks to Vince (Enzo) Iannuzzi who shared his 'Wrest Point Bonus' and put $100 over the bar!
Saturday daytime was spent sight-seeing around Hobart and doing things with smaller groups of mates and partners. The dinner that night saw some good food, conversation and nostalgic slideshow of 'the way we were and what we did'. Special thanks to Steve Cartner who compiled the history of the Long Son Patrol and presented a hard copy to the Association. (Keep your eye out for a copy appearing on this site.)
Sunday had about 90 people set sail for a cruise and lunch at Peppermint Bay - fantastic day!
Pictures taken during the Reunion have been displayed on the site - select Photo Gallery and check them out. If you have any pictures you would like to be displayed for posterity - send them! Also check out the President's Pictorial Report under Reports/Reunions.
